Lori watches my form, takes into account my goals, knows my strengths and weaknesses and most recently is helping me mentally power through an injury. “Titanium Performance is built different! Tyler McCarthy is a difference maker and I am forever thankful for the experience he gave me in strength training. I trained at this gym for over a year and a half. The only reason I left was because work took me out of Minnesota. Prior to working out at Titanium Performance the gym was an intimidating place where I just never felt comfortable. In my time with Tyler he taught me countless lessons about strength training including how to keep my body safe while working towards my goals. He was aware of my limits each session and somehow kept me pushing those limits to expand them a little further each time to help me achieve what I was looking for. Looking back at my time with Titanium Performance, I have never been so proud of what I was able to accomplish and Tyler was the reason for that. Hands down, you will not be disappointed after a session with Tyler. I give the highest recommendation from my time with Titanium Performance. I now live in a metro area twice the size of MSP and I simply cannot find anything close to what Tyler gave me during my time there. You will not be disappointed!“

“I’m normally a person that can’t stick to a workout routine for more than 6 months. However, I have been working out at The Fitness Police for over 5 years now! I have never felt more supported, confident, and strong (mentally and physically) as I have taking the fitness bootcamp classes. These classes are a fun way to mix up routines, try something new, and feel good doing it! You also cannot beat the prices that are offered. I will always recommend the Fitness Police to anyone who wants to see real results in real time.“

“I have been a client for over 5 years now. Simply put, these workouts work! Twice a week, 30 minutes with a personal trainer. The focus is on scientifically proven resistance training. The monitor your progress as you go so you get feedback to realize your goals. Great trainers and easy scheduling.“

“I have been a student of Guro Chris McWethy for 3 years. He is a very good teacher who is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. The class is well organized and always interesting. I have learned real world basic and intermediate self defense techniques. There is also a lot of stick and some knife work. One night per week is sparring with padded sticks.“

“I have been practicing pilates at the studio for 10 years. When I first started I was weak and unsure of myself. Tony was patient and encouraging and I grew stronger and more confident. I appreciate working with Tony because he takes the fundamentals seriously, doesn't allow sloppy work, and continues to challenge me. You should never feel like you have learned it all. There are always ways to fine tune your practice and be challenged. He also gives the best cues!“

“I have worked with Von off and on since my youngest (now 12 in 2019) was a baby. In addition to being on top of the latest research on fitness and nutrition he is so creative in helping with individual needs and working with what you have to set you up for success. I couldn’t get to a gym easily with an older child with special needs and he helped me find ways to exercise with my children (we ALL benefitted!) He really understands that building relationships matter when trying to make a healthier you. Highly recommend this guy!“

And I love the results!After only twenty sessions of myo-skeletal alignment therapy (MAT), the lateral curvature of my spine from scoliosis has straightened, strengthened, and stabilized considerably. Tammy Shaw-Sykes has extensive experience in MAT technique, but also uses breathwork and muscle rehabilitation to achieve significant results quickly.After only my first session, my swimming improved. With the muscles of my ribs loosened, my lungs took in more air, allowing me to add an extra length of the pool before needing to stop to catch my breath. My body cut a straighter track through the water and my realigned pelvis allowed both feet to kick stronger and more equally.During the first month of therapy, energy pathways began opening up. I hadn’t realized how the twist in my spine was negatively affecting how energy moved through my body, until I felt it move up my spine as muscles were releasing around the curvature in my spine during the session. First was doing a meal plan with Daniel, he truly listens to your likes and dislikes so that you will succeed.
