I am so lucky to have found RECF. The small classes allow for individualized attention. I’m never made to feel bad or ashamed when I can’t do a movement and the coaches are always ready with helpful suggestions and variations. My 1-on-1’s in personal training sessions have helped me build confidence and push myself to work harder. I was recommended RECF a couple years ago and was so skeptical of cross-fit type programming that I brushed off the rec. My mistake. I’m so happy I got the chance to change my mind.

I've been going to this gym for over three years. The support and coaching have been the reasons I have stayed. The other members are wonderful and also supportive, and it is amazing to watch people get stronger and healthier. This is the best gym experience I have ever had, and I am glad that I found RECF! What a great gym!

I had been dreading getting back into working out because I thought I was going to have to go through a month or so of extreme discomfort before I could get into the swing of things, but fortunately the on-ramping at Ripple Effect not only helped me ease back but was also challenging enough that I was seeing results.The workouts vary from the traditional crossfit gyms in the sense that the emphasis is put on either just the strength training movement or the workout itself.
