Great gym for an introvert because you can come any time of the day and it’s not overwhelming, just the perfect sized space. Can’t wait to see what they do with the future expansion. What drew me into joining was the intimate space and no hidden fees in the membership. The owners and trainers are super friendly and always positive and smiling. They know all their members by name which is so sweet and shows that they care.You won’t feel judged no matter your fitness level. The owners upgrade something in the gym often and they just added in a pendulum squat which is SWEET, a machine you won’t find anywhere nearby. Great place to call HOME. Friendly staff and they have so much expert knowledge! I highly recommend anyone interested in just a gym membership or personal training. They are the best around.-Kevin Carlson

I appreciate how personable all the staff are here and how it's one of the most affordable gyms in the Twin Cities metro. I also love that it's only minutes away from my house. I don't participate in the personal training, but everyone is so friendly and they always say hello to me when I am there. Never been to such a friendly gym in my life.

In our main room we offer a wide variety in cardio equipment suitable for anyone, as well as machines, boxing bags, and complimentary 3D Body Scanning. We strive to help people develop safe and healthy lifestyles through simple, easy to follow best practices while entering our facility. We are a 4,500 sq ft fitness paradise. We offer no contracts or maintenance fees.
