The most recent issue started on a Saturday night, heard back from them on a Sunday (which I was not expecting) and they were here Monday afternoon. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions. He was very informative. It turned out I just needed a new thermostat. “Our AC quit working and because our furnace was over 20 years old, we had to replace both units.

Conner came out and gave us his best price up front. His quote was lower than the other contractor. No games or gimmicks like some of the bigger companies.

We were scheduled for the following week. Conner and one other gentleman came out on time and worked until the job was complete. All clean-up and haul-away included. They were very professional, friendly, and hard working.

The following week Denise in the office filed all of our warranties for us and is in the process of filing for some rebates with Xcel Energy.
