“Over the last holiday weekend Labor Day 2026, a gas smell was determined to be inside our house. It was a DIY issue behind the microwave that I installed about a month ago. Called the Mast 24-hour line and they sent out a technician Johnathan. Johnathan was great, he located the needed parts to fix the leak and stay with the project to the end. The gas company had to turn the gas back on for Johnathan to test for leaks. I have Mast service our HVAC and Tankless Water heater on the quarterly schedule, but this was above and beyond service.
