“Exceptional service, no nonsense. One year after mast installed our furnace and after moving our house 45 minutes away a power outage triggered a safety feature on our furnace to prevent damage. This left us without heat on a Saturday in a new county half the area recovering from weather damage and in a panic. Within 2 hours of our call our heat was restored. “No longer feeling that safe with our 80+ year old octopus furnace, it was time for an upgrade. A relative spoke highly of Home Heating & Cooling, so I gave them a call. It also helped that they participate in the Michigan Saves program, which made the decision to choose them even easier.

Austin was great to work with on the planning, and very accommodating. Dave, Jeremy, and the crew did an excellent job of installation once the demolition team had done their part to get our basement ready. The early November install only took a day of the 1.5 they had estimated, even with an extra duct I requested last minute.

The tax and utility credits have been easy to obtain, and the unit has done a great job of heating our home this winter.

We had to wait until spring before the central A/C setup could be completed. Their technician Freeman handled that recently, and was extraordinarily friendly and helpful in answering the questions I had. Dave returned to add a register in the basement, and couldn't have been quicker at it.
