Dave, Jeremy, and the crew did an excellent job of installation once the demolition team had done their part to get our basement ready. The early November install only took a day of the 1.5 they had estimated, even with an extra duct I requested last minute.

The tax and utility credits have been easy to obtain, and the unit has done a great job of heating our home this winter.

We had to wait until spring before the central A/C setup could be completed. Their technician Freeman handled that recently, and was extraordinarily friendly and helpful in answering the questions I had. Dave returned to add a register in the basement, and couldn't have been quicker at it.
