“I called this company due to my furnace being out the week of Christmas. Their team was having their Christmas party, but still sent a tech to come and check out the issue. That night we had a blizzard of course, and this gentleman brought his wife with him and she stayed in the truck while he worked on my furnace. (I did offer for her to come in.) Thank the Lord it was a quick fix, even though the furnace is 30 years old. The unit started acting up again just a couple days later, and again a tech came out and fixed it with no extra charges.
This is what you call Customer service!!!! Top notch in my book. I will be getting a quote for a new furnace and plan to have Mckellips perform the install. Thanks to the whole team that worked to get us warm again. Sorry it took so long to get this posted.
