“I just had Bishop replace / upgrade my entire boiler system. They did a FANTASTIC job and I couldn’t be more pleased! When Scott the sales specialist came out to my house, he spent a lot of time looking over my existing system, then planning out what new boiler, plumbing, and valve systems would be the perfect setup for my home. He also took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and answer all of my questions. His quote was very competitive, included a new, reliable, high-efficiency boiler and all new valves and valve plumbing systems (since he saw that my ones were badly corroded, not well-installed, and no longer working properly). He spec’d out exactly what I needed to have an all new and well-done system.On day 1 of my 2-day installation, Matt and Walker (the installation techs) stayed extra late to make sure that we had heat and hot water the very same day that my old system was removed! After removing my old system, they completely re-engineered and rebuilt my entire setup using high-quality components. They definitely went the extra mile, and even the Township inspector (a semi-retired plumber) was enamored with their work. As a non-HVAC person myself, it’s obvious that my new system design is far superior to the way their competitor had originally done my previous one. The new boiler is so quiet that I can’t even hear it running. It also has great reliability ratings, and is up to 95% energy efficient. Matt also took extra time to walk me through each component of the new system, answer my questions, and trained me on how to use the new boiler interface.I know I sound like a fan-boy here LOL, but given how competitive their quote was, I’m still a bit shocked that they did an entire system rebuild, such high-quality work, took the extra time to give me same-day heat….and answered the 101 questions I had along the way. Based on this real-world experience, I can’t recommend Bishop enough, and look forward to being an ongoing customer!“

“I woke up to a cold house on Friday morning and had a house full of guests coming on sunday. By 10:00 a.m. the problem was diagnosed and the part could be ordered and I would have to wait to get my heat back until Monday, but was given the option for the service guy to drive to get the part which added to my labor cost but I had heat by that afternoon and was very grateful. I also updated my thermostat which was a real plus.“
