Perfect from start to finish. Ken explained all my options (and there's lots of options) before I had to commit. Our job required a lot of extra work to relocate equipment and run new lines. They had our new furnace ready to use by early afternoon. They left our house clean and took away all the old junk. Great team here.

Kudos to my favorite "go to" people for anything heat or cooling. I called Home Heating and Air Conditioning at 4:15 this afternoon as I watched my thermostat drop from 67° to 65° in less than an hour! They caught the service technician as he was on his way home and by 5:20 p.m. a part had been replaced and I had heat! This is the first repair to my 20 year old furnace... Home Heating HAS done all the fall maintenance annually but that is all! They are amazing, responsive and competitive! I will always highly recommend them!!!Services: Cleaning

Furnace stopped working Friday Evening ( out of regular service hours ) Technician returned request for service within 10 minutes, Arrived at my home in 25 minutes, Repair completed in 15 minutes.Fantastic result.
