Had issues with my water heater pilot not staying lit. Sent an email early Friday morning and as soon as office opened a scheduler/dispatcher arranged for service. Tech arrived shortly later and resolved issue quickly, and professionally. Highly recommend MAST to anyone needing their service.

Dale has been our service rep in the past and he always greets us with a friendly word. It’s nice to have a familiar face show up and greet you by name.The contact phone call, approx 15 minutes before arrival is really helpful. The service reps are always friendly and competent. We trust you.
