Was having issues with my 3 zone mini, called Team Burton, Scott was the gent who took my call, he was empathetic with my situation and within minutes I had an appointment with a tech. The tech who arrived was Derek, great guy, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do, even waited to see if the unit would cause anymore issues. In summary, Team Burton is very professional and knowledgeable, thanks guys!

The repairman from Burton Heating and Cooling was very prompt, kind and courteous in dealing with our elderly parent. The furnace just needed a tune up and a thorough cleaning and oiling which was done swiftly and we were assured that all was well.
