We have a partial Michigan cellar, lots of clay and mud. The two techinicians were friendly and worked very fast! There was mud by the entry of the basement and going out of the house as to be expected. They took their shoes off to install the thermastat in our living room! When I returned home they cleaned up after themselves, and left everthing as it was, the big boxes were neatly stacked by the trash and our house was cool and set at a comfortable temperature!
