We had a seemingly straightforward problem with the venting of our bathrooms. Countryside provided an estimate that we approved. They returned shortly to do the work but ran into a construction anomaly in our house none could have foreseen. The crew then changed their plan of routing the vents. They cautioned there might be some repair left for us when they were done. They did an excellent fix, requiring extra hours. The leftover repair was nominal because of their conscientious workmanship. What's more, Countryside honored the original estimate. We didn't know what to say. Service of this caliber is so very rare.
My AC went out a few weeks ago and I asked two people to recommend a company and the both said Countryside H&C. I called at 7:35 am and Todd arrived at 8:20 and my air was working by 8:35. He explained what caused the problem and was very nice. I agree with all the comments others have left.
