The installers demonstrated outstanding attention to detail and left no mess behind during the installation process. Customers have been extremely satisfied with the reliability and consistent performance of the new furnace and air conditioning units, creating a comfortable living environment. Redmon Heating & Cooling has provided excellent service, from the initial consultation to the installation and ongoing use of the equipment, earning them high ratings and enthusiastic recommendations from satisfied clients.
Lists commercial HVAC as a service they offer on the website along with photos of installing commercial equipment. Upon calling I was informed they in fact do not perform these commercial HVAC services they are advertising. This is deceiving.
Our furnace stopped working late at night. Redmon was able to send a tech out the next morning and after about an hour we had heat again. The tech was polite and helpful in explaining our options. It’s definitely not cheap, but you do what you have to. :)
Redmon recommended Scrubber Duct cleaning who did an excellent job with before and after pictures and at far less expense. They left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived. Thanks Nick.
