“I woke up to a cold house on Friday morning and had a house full of guests coming on sunday. By 10:00 a.m. the problem was diagnosed and the part could be ordered and I would have to wait to get my heat back until Monday, but was given the option for the service guy to drive to get the part which added to my labor cost but I had heat by that afternoon and was very grateful. I also updated my thermostat which was a real plus.“
