“Water heater went out over the weekend. Called Andy on Monday morning and he was out at my house within about an hour of the phone call. Andy diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair or replace the old water heater. I went with the replace option and Andy came back the very next day and replaced the water heater with a new unit. Andy was FANTASTIC to work with, left the area cleaner than it was when he first arrived, was prompt and did a fantastic job. “We were very happy with our in home repair service. I called about an issue with our furnace not heating properly and the next day someone came to our house. They arrived within the time frame given and even sent a notification before arrival. I can not speak for all in home repair employees, however Our service technician (Cody) was wonderful. He was very polite and helpful. He kept us informed and explained things as he worked on our equipment, instead of just coming in and saying “fixed” and leaving. He let us know exactly what the issue was and what was causing it and why. He took his time making sure to look everything over, yet didn’t drag the process out all day either. He even made sure to assure us that if the issue continued again later, he would come in and replace the part. Definitely will recommend him to others and ask for him in the future, if services are needed again.“
