We were very happy with our in home repair service. I called about an issue with our furnace not heating properly and the next day someone came to our house. They arrived within the time frame given and even sent a notification before arrival. I can not speak for all in home repair employees, however Our service technician (Cody) was wonderful. He was very polite and helpful. He kept us informed and explained things as he worked on our equipment, instead of just coming in and saying “fixed” and leaving. He let us know exactly what the issue was and what was causing it and why. He took his time making sure to look everything over, yet didn’t drag the process out...read full review

Joe and his co-worker were here bright and early, thank goodness!! It’s freezing in here! They trouble shooted quickly and had the spare part in the truck. They got it changed, and let me know we were in desperate need of a new furnace. He stressed how important it is for us to have two CO2 readers, one in the furnace room and one in our bedroom and must get them today! My boyfriend will pick them up on his way home from work. Also, I asked him to quote me on a new furnace and he did it happily. Very nice and very professional, would definitely call them for any heating and cooling needs. Sorry about the dog guys…she thinks she is Cujo?

Appreciated the over the counter service and valuable installation tips for the parts from the staff. Highly recommend this business.Updated review, recently had our original 28 year old furnace replaced with new Bryant 2 stage unit. Service was fast, exceptional work ethic and excellent value with this local company. Highly recommend!
