We hired CMR to install a whole-house Mitsubishi mini split system this spring - and boy are we glad with the heat this summer! We have 5 heads and one exterior unit spanning three floors. The install was a big job but went smoothly. Tim and his team were respectful, friendly, and did a nice job. They made the effort to clean up any mess and ensured the finishes on the outside of our house were just right.

We have been really impressed so far with the Mitsubishi system. It cools efficiently and is incredibly quiet. The amount of humidity it sucks out of our house is kind of shocking. This is the first year it has been pleasant to be inside our home in the summer!...read full review

Had my AC Unit blow out right before the hottest time of the year, called CMR, they sent a Tech out to diagnose it right away, realized that the compressor and coil had both failed and the whole unit would need replaced. They gave me a portable unit for a week to keep me somewhat cool until the repair/replacement could be done. Luke and Connor M both showed up right on time with the new unit, worked extremely quickly and efficiently to get the replacement installed, it looks great and functions perfectly, very happy with the service quality overall.
