Tri star Electric, of Brighton, Mi., during the entire process, from 1st call, thru quote, install and cleanup, was communicative thru media use, phone and verbally in informing me of the costs, timeframe to start and complete and tailored the job with the requirements for the home to meet and comply with applicable codes and allow for future electrical expansion in the breaker panel and subsequent supply line. No smoke and mirrors. straight-up prompt electrical upgrade from overhead to underground conversion and 1 day service. The work crew set up quickly and was on it, start to finish. I had a generator transfer switch installed, plus three new electrical plugs in my basement.From the initial call to the finished job was a very positive experience. Very friendly and professional technicians.After they finished I discovered a minor problem, which they came back and corrected within an hour.I was also pleased with their price.Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
