Our furnace stopped working after 10 p.m. Our house was cold. We placed a call to Heinanen and Jake answered immediately. He was very patient and able to guide us through the steps needed to get us through the night until the replacement board could be located the next day. The next morning Steve had the required part & came out to replace the part & he got things running again. We couldn't be happier with Heinanen for workmanship and service. These men give 100% always. What a wonderful team of people!
