“I called D&R on Tuesday about a failing 42-year-old wall furnace. They had a new one installed, with gas supply brought up to code, on Friday. Price cane in $1,000 below the initial quote. Honest, skilled guys. A great company.“

“We were very happy with our in home repair service. I called about an issue with our furnace not heating properly and the next day someone came to our house. They arrived within the time frame given and even sent a notification before arrival. I can not speak for all in home repair employees, however Our service technician (Cody) was wonderful. He was very polite and helpful. He kept us informed and explained things as he worked on our equipment, instead of just coming in and saying “fixed” and leaving. He let us know exactly what the issue was and what was causing it and why. He took his time making sure to look everything over, yet didn’t drag the process out all day either. He even made sure to assure us that if the issue continued again later, he would come in and replace the part. Definitely will recommend him to others and ask for him in the future, if services are needed again.“
