Arbor breeze is not answering messages and their phone simply disconnects after one or two rings. This has been going on for a few weeks at least. I hope Terrance is ok.

“I have been using Hutzel for years, at least 30 to 40 years. They have been wonderful. I just had a massive water leak from a broken pipe four days ago. They had a plumber out here within two hours. And they immediately helped me get a water mitigation team out here within four or five hours at the most. So it resulted in minimal damage because of their immediate response.
