Water heater went out over the weekend. Called Andy on Monday morning and he was out at my house within about an hour of the phone call. Andy diagnosed the problem and gave me options to either repair or replace the old water heater. I went with the replace option and Andy came back the very next day and replaced the water heater. Andy was FANTASTIC to work with, left the area cleaner than it was when he first arrived, was prompt and did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to use Dion's again in the future.
