“I meet with Drew the owner yesterday he cam to my home inspected my insulation in my home. HE WAS VERY PROFESIONAL didnt try to sell me anything extra that i didnt need. HE was very educational to me filled me in on lots of things. No high psi sales. There was things i asked him about that he told me he didnt want to waiste my money due to it wouldnt help me out in savings. Was just all around impressed with the experience with him. “We have Grand Rapids Generator Services service our backup generator at least yearly. We want to make sure that it will work when we need it the most. We made the mistake of not servicing the generator we had at our old hour for years, and it didn't kick on after a bad storm. Never again. Their services are affordable and all the techs are so nice.“

“There is so many wonderful things I would love to say about Grand Rapids Construction and their team. First and foremost is the caring this team has for their customers and workers. The owners a husband and wife team are without a doubt the most caring. To ensure there were no hiccups with the installation of our enclosed carport with neighbors the owner Deserie stayed with the team almost 12 hours. The team started at 8 am and were completely finished by 8 pm. They cleaned up the yard , road etc. they did not leave trash anywhere contrary to previous post. We live on a one lane dead end road with seasonal residents. If any emergency vehicles needed to get through it would have taken less time than one would imagine as we would have all materials out of the road by the time the vehicle made it up the hill. The owners do care about everyone's input. Sadly the previous poster is a disgruntled neighbor that has nothing to do with Grand Rapids Construction. Please feel free to ask me any questions as truly we never would have had this carport without the due diligence of GRC. They have worked through red tape, stood up for us with zoning laws etc. they went to bat for us and we are extremely grateful to them. We are an elderly couple that truly needed an enclosed carport in order to keep us from falling on ice etc. Matt, Deserie and Brittany worked with us from day one! It took months to get our permits etc and they worked for us every step of the way. We truly feel part of their family and know it didn't stop with the completion of our carport. We have made life long friends with GRC and their family. I would also like to thank their 16 year old son who came out early the next day to make sure there were no nails or screws we could slip on. Ps there were none as the team cleaned up so well.“
“This is a great company with a superb product! We bought a new single wide on land (the people who put it there decided they wanted something bigger so they never moved in), and the first time it rained after we moved in, one of the bedroom windows leaked. It was obviously not installed correctly. I know people who've had gutters installed by AGS so I called and requested a quote. Got one within a week, and the price was very reasonable. We don't need gutter-guard because we have no trees near our house. Our gutters were installed a week or two later and that window has never leaked since! Best investment in this house. It's also protected our concrete walkway and prevented water from getting in between the siding of our house. I recommend All Gutter Systems to anyone looking for the best company in gutters in ********.“

“I used City Basement 15 years ago to install beams in the basement at my rental home. Hank did a great job. Recently, I had to contact him to find paperwork for a potential buyer on that rental home. That evening he searched and was able to find it and email to me. The other day I contacted him on a concern on another rental basement. He told me what I needed to do to fix it myself because overall it was in good shape. Something I thought was bad actually was not. While he was there he spotted an issue with my furnace's condensate pump. Because of this I was able to contact my plumber right away to avoid future costly issues.“
