“Since making the simple call to Lifetime Home Products for a kitchen sink leak and getting a response with a confirmed appointment for a plumber to come out same day for correction we have been impressed. Upon Aaron’s arrival he was professional, polite, and honest in his findings. We are brand new homeowners and unfortunately the previous homeowner thought himself a handyman. Aaron was quick in and out to stop the leak. He did take a moment and walked the entire house as well, giving us notice of possible issues. One of them being our sump pump. We have since had him out to our home once again for his recommendation of a new sump pump install before all this rain and flooding hit. We are so thankful we did as we currently have a lake in our backyard and know without his advice and listening to him we would be underwater. “The tech did more than expected. For example, when he placed the laundry sink back in place, he made sure the faucets which had been frozen were working. He has done extra in the basement to make it look presentable after the waterproofing people did their job. He has made sure that the area where the waterproofing people went through the walls were enclosed. This was not on the original list. He has one more area to complete that task. The bathroom still has the ends to put on the closet. There are other areas that had water damage that could be fixed due to rotting wood that were not on the original lost. Some of this work involves replacing paneling that was destroyed by water.Services: Repair water fixtures“

“I had a furniture claim that had taken way too long to resolve. I give them 4 stars only because of the quick turnaround time I received after reaching out to the upper management. Customer service was seemingly non-existent. I was under the impression maybe they only had 1 person handling claims. But I contacted upper management and brought the issue to their attention. They jumped on it within minutes and had the issue resolved within 24 hours. Hopefully it opened their eyes to the issues and they can address the communication issues that Guardsman has been having.“
