I took the time to read the reviews, there were a few bad ones. Been here over 4 years, very nice, the office and maintenance are great. Washer dryer in the unit, very quiet for an apartment building, Claudia is very helpful. I plan on staying here.

I've spent the last year living in Chateau Village Apartments and I've had nothing but good experiences. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful, the office staff is welcoming and professional. I have nothing but a good experience and will be recommending Chateau Village to friends and family looking for a fair priced and well maintained place to live.
