“Update: After a conversation with the crew im happy to adjust my rating to 5 stars. They offered to be back out today to clean the mess, or even pay for a cleaning crew. They also offered to compensate us for anything that was damaged with the soot. They did everything expected from a professional business when things get missed. We are all human and mistakes happen. But how those issues are handled make all the difference!

We had an old chimney torn down and replaced. Along with a new vent for our hot water heater. The chimney and vent look and work amazingly. We are really happy with those aspects. Where we lost a few points was the mess left behind. The yard was full of dust and debris. The patio furniture that was moved wasn't put back. And our entire basement/laundry room is covered in black soot. Im going to have to spend a few hours cleaning. I understand this was a messy project l. But a warning or an attempt to clean it up would have been appreciated. We would have been happy to cover, protect, or remove things from the basement beofre this project. Also I know im being picky at this point but this furnace filter is less than a month old.“

“The representative, James, came out on Monday to give me a quote on replacing the wood trim around the garage door with pvc trim. He gave me the quote onsite with a follow up email with the quote. He was very professional meaning no high pressure sales, and explained the two options I could choose. Answered all questions to my satisfaction.
Wednesday morning of the same week Don and Justin arrived totally prepared to begin the project. Again they were highly professional and also very knowledgeable. The job was completed beyond my expectations. Both men were extremely personable and efficient.
I definitely will be having additional projects done with this team in the future.
Also I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. I feel fortunate that I now have someone to handle my home care projects.“
