We bought a new single wide on land (the people who put it there decided they wanted something bigger so they never moved in), and the first time it rained after we moved in, one of the bedroom windows leaked. It was obviously not installed correctly. I know people who've had gutters installed by AGS so I called and requested a quote. Got one within a week, and the price was very reasonable. We don't need gutter-guard because we have no trees near our house. Our gutters were installed a week or two later and that window has never leaked since! Best investment in this house. It's also protected our concrete walkway and prevented water from getting in between the siding of our house.
