Originally, our house had an outside well, where the pipe came through the wall. After we got city water, the pipe through the wall was removed, but a small amount of water would seep through some kind of crack. This would leak approximately once per year, when the water level would rise outside the house. We would roll back the carpet and use a wet vac and fans to survive that week or so. I tried a lot of DIY solutions, but nothing totally stopped the water problem (photo #1). Most of the year, there is no water coming in, but the wall is still stained and felt damp.

Hank diagnosed our basement issue, provided an estimate which agreed to and then proceeded to schedule the repairs for a couple weeks out.
Day of demolition he discovered the repair would be about half the cost. Needless to say I was surprised by his phone call and was so appreciative of his integrity! Saved me nearly $3k.
Highly recommend Hank and his crew for basement repairs! My basement has been leaking for several years and I got one quote from one of the local “big companies” a few years ago and was shocked at the cost, and it wasn’t even a solution to fix the leak (they wanted to just dig a trench in my basement) Hank came out and knew within minutes what the problem was and offered a solution to truly fix it / stop the leak. He was honest / to the point and got me scheduled within a few weeks! They were efficient, and put everything back with so much care I couldn’t even tell they had dug up a bunch of the stones and soil around my house. Can’t recommend enough!
