I used City Basement 15 years ago to install beams in the basement at my rental home. Hank did a great job. Recently, I had to contact him to find paperwork for a potential buyer on that rental home. That evening he searched and was able to find it and email to me. The other day I contacted him on a concern on another rental basement. He told me what I needed to do to fix it myself because overall it was in good shape. Something I thought was bad actually was not. While he was there he spotted an issue with my furnace's condensate pump. Because of this I was able to contact my plumber right away to avoid future costly issues.

Very impressed with Hank and his crew. Hank is not pushy with sales. He is a straight shooter and his estimates are done quickly. I work in construction so I understand how much work is involved with putting a sump pump system in. I was impressed with the amount of work they got done on day one. But I was completely blown away by how tidy everything was. They put down rugs and carpet protectors. There was no dust despite the fact that they had to cut and chip out concrete. Extremely satisfied with the waterproofing work in our basement. Hank was straightforward with his estimate and quote, and the work was done in a very timely manner. The finished product looks great!
