My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company. So please don't give your customers false information.“

“Our furnace went out on a Sunday, and A Plus was able to squeeze us in, which we truly appreciated. Miron came out and was extremely kind and helpful, especially considering it was a Sunday. He actually helped us last year as well, and once again provided great service.

Our furnace appeared to have burned out due to recent power outages. Miron explained everything clearly and recommended a surge protector to prevent this from happening again, letting us know we could also consult an electrician if we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the needed part that day, so the repair had to wait until Monday. (No big deal, it’s a Sunday, so completely understandable)

By 9 AM Monday morning, we had already received a texted estimate, and by 11 AM the technician was at our house. Henry (Joe) was very friendly and professional and even took the time to talk to our dog, which was a nice touch. He had a surge protector available and was able to install it that same day, which we opted to do. He also noticed another issue with the system and was able to take care of that during the visit.

Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing and options. We also appreciated the consideration they showed us on the final cost. Excellent service and highly recommended“

“This is their second visit. The first was equally 5 star. In my experience, I've had too many misrepresentations with HVAC people over the years that I get anxious when I need them. But this company rewrote the experience.
From the first phone call, to the moment the techs arrived, inspected then resolved the issue to the final billing moments , it was all positive. I originally had a company come out only for them to snake my drain multiple times for them to then tell me they can’t Hydro jet. “It’s a bigger issue” I contacted this company and immediately the process they explained to me was completely different!
