was having heat issues, was cold, holiday and we are not rich. they came out with a great price, and fixed it. i called another company, they tried to sell me a new furnace, ac and it was like 12,000. i called critical to get another quote, he looked at my furnace, said i dont need a new one, i just need a new inducer! i got it and saved big, you should call critical heating & cooling, you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, like saving money!
