I called a total of 5 different servicers to get a quote to due routine maintenance and cleaning of my furnace and AC units. 2 never answered the phone, and 2 were willing to book me at $200 dollars or more. I called Critical Heating & Cooling and Ms. Toni was no BS on why I should wait to service my AC and thoroughly explained why but did say they would be able to service my furnace for a fraction of the price I was quoted from other commercial servicers AND!!!!! Critical Heating and Cooling integrity would not allow them to book me for services that would likely harm my system over time. That alone spoke volumes!
