AC went out on the evening of July 2nd. Called Jim from Performance Engineering late that evening and he was out to our house at 8 am the next morning and fixed the problem. I would definitely use the service again.

Jim is the Robin Hood of HVAC contractors, I just had a big reputable HVAC contractor service my furnace and lets just say it was working (poorly) but working. It wouldn't even turn on after he ( fixed it ) then they tried to sell me an entire new furnace as the only possible option. The furnace is only 5 years old.
Not only did Jim rush over within an hour and a half, he diagnosed what was wrong found a part that wasn't easy to find and within 24 hours I have heat again. It would of been the same day but I didn't get around to calling him till evening. I didn't have to miss work he came over after I got home. I can not recommend making this your first call for Heating and Cooling needs. After troubleshooting my boiler for hours thinking I knew what I was doing - I decided it was time to get some professional help. Jim quickly answered the phone and walked me step by step through some additional troubleshooting and I was able to get my system going again. Thankfully did not need a service call this time but will never look elsewhere in the future. Jim is extremely knowledgable and patient and will get your home warm again!
