“Had water leak in crawl from failed toilet wax seal, underneath the Toilet. The toilet rocks or bumps at the back when rising from sitting. Techs got the water leak stopped, from bad toilet wax seal.
And they even did a new flapper inside the back toilet tank. They also did camera to see if clear from any roots or if any other sewer line on other side of house.
