Amazing customer service by Michelle Lee Vernon. Michelle has met and exceeded my customer expectations and truly went above and beyond to assist me with the older Kohler product I have. Every employer should strive and reward for such employee efforts! Thank you again Michelle!

A quick shout out to Michelle who assisted us with our Master Bath remodel. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We had one subsequent modification and that process went quickly and did not delay our project. I will be referring others to them for plumbing fixtures.

It has been a pleasure working with the staff at ETNA with various home improvement projects, but especially with Devan.
