“Contacted Efficient Energy in Aug of 2023. Received a competitive quote, but went with Efficient due to the working relationship with the team in the office and the HVAC engineers doing the bidding. Please with the quality of install: The techs rolled out the protective blankets to protect the floors, deliberate clean up efforts post install, clean routing of gas lines and ductwork.

“We have used Robin Aire for many years in two different homes. Eric & his team did a great job installing our new high efficiency furnace. They really stand behind their work. We wouldn't use any other HVAC contractor! They now do electrical work. We just had Greg out & he was awesome.“

“Our A/C broke on a Saturday morning, and after checking the breaker and fuses myself, I knew we needed help and fast (the temperature outside was heading up to 95F). I reached out to 5 different companies locally and Heinanen was the first to call me back. Jeff, the owner, called me himself and said he could be out within a couple hours. He showed up right on time and took care of our issues, explaining things as he went, and giving us options on how we could proceed and his recommendations. The service definitely came at a cost, but smart and quality help almost always requires it so I didn't mind paying it. Hours later and we had a clean and working A/C that has held up over 72 hours through 90F+ heat. I would not hesitate to recommend Heinanen to anyone else that's got an emergency or want to work with a high quality contractor with attention to detail and doing things the smart way.

Update August 2025: We had Heinanen back out to replace our entire HVAC system 7 years later because of the positive experience above. They did an amazing job installing a new variable speed furnace, a heat pump, ducting, lineset, etc. Excellent detail, knowledgably and personable team, thorough and detailed work and review. “We used a different company who had come to our house twice, a week apart and when our air went out a 3rd time they told use they couldn't come out for almost 2 weeks. We called Hauser and Mike had someone at our house with in an hour. Found the problem (That should have been caught by the other company) got us up and running quickly. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us the bad part and explained everything to us. He stuck around after the air was running to continue checking pressures and levels to make sure that it would continue running. He was very professional, we made sure to even have him put a sticker on our furnace as going forward we will be using Hauser for all of our heating and cooling needs. Hopefully we wont need to call them anytime soon, although I know that if we do, they will be there and take care of us right away. When the owner takes the time to call you the next day and go the extra step to make sure everything is still running good and reassure you that they will take care of you, you cannot get better customer service than that! “I had an opportuity to compare Long's services and pricing with a small father and sons company in Livonia. I had a slow kitchen sink drain and Long's had a wait list. The Livonia company used a small snake that barely had enough power to clear an obstruction at 22 feet out. The cost was $225. The drain didn't stay cleared. I booked with Longs and waited several days. Long's snake is so big it has its own dolly. The drain cleared at 22 feet and then for good measure, the tech took the snake out to 75 feet. I paid $185. So Long's was more efficient, better equipped and cheaper.“
