“This is the third year I have visited LaCroix Eye Center for an eye exam. Dr Yestrepsky did a thorough examination with high tech equipment for my eye health and prescription. I have been pleasantly pleased with the service each passing year.

This summer, I took my prescription to Costco to purchase my glasses. This proved to be a mistake. I could not see out of the new glasses and had headaches when I tried to wear them. The Progressive Lens was not right even with multiple trips back to Costco.

Finally, back to LaCroix Eye Center, Dr Ann LaCroix did a quick eye examination to see if the prescription was correct, for a second opinion. It was. Joy spent quality time adjusting my glasses to see if it would help. I was impressed that they both slipped me in to help me, even without an appointment.

I ended up returning the glasses to Costco and returning to LaCroix Eye center to purchases the glasses I should have from the start. Rebecca took care of me and took the time to measure for proper fit and the Progressive line correctly. She listened to my predicament and got me the help I needed. She didn't say a word when I mistakenly showed up at the wrong appointment time. She took care of me anyway.

La Croix Eye Center has proven to me to be an outstanding and remarkable office. I was a difficult patient with a tricky issue; every staff member I encountered was more than willing to try to help solve my dilemma. I would welcome this kind of refreshing environment at some of my other doctor's offices.

“I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam. The first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Maryann? Very rude. Upon answering I told her I “possibly” wanted to make an appointment, really just used that word because it’s so hard to get into places anymore, and she sounded confused then asked what I wanted? So do you wanna make an appointment or not because you said possibly?” Not sure why I was given an attitude because obviously I want to make an appointment for an eye exam I wouldn’t have called if not.. “I will continue to give this establishment a 5 star rating because they have an excellent and friendly staff. With that said, I find that their policy of new frames (they say that they are free) every time you need new lenses is an expensive luxury no one can afford! My frames were 1.5 years old and can't be reused? $557.00 for new frame with lenses? WRONG! The next day my frames were refitted with identical poly lenses for $212.00 at another eyeglass establishment! That's a $345.00 savings! I can have another pair of frames fitted and still not spend $557.00! It's time that SVS Vision rethink their policy!“

Gave SVS a try and I’m really glad I did. The service has been great. Dr. Wozniak is awesome - patient, knowledgeable and friendly. The gals in the front are always friendly and welcoming. Amanda is A+++. The first pair of glasses I got from them a couple years ago have been perfect. When it came time to get new ones recently, I had to have them remade because of a simple error of +/- on the prescription. They were helpful throughout the whole process and when I got the remade pair they are now perfect as well. My wife also has been completely satisfied with the service and her actual glasses and contacts. Look forward to having this as our go-to place for vision needs going forward.
