Went to East Side Eye Physicians for the first time. I was very impressed with the Office. The staff was very friendly and professional. The assistants were professional and thorough. I saw Dr. Krasnick and had a very good experience. I left with complete knowledge of my eye health and a comprehensive plan of action. 5 star all the way!!

Couldn't be happier with my visit to the optometrist today, and a big part of that was due to the exceptional receptionist. She was professional, yet welcoming and kind, going above and beyond to make my experience smooth and comfortable. She promptly scheduled me in with my preferred doctor, patiently answered all my queries, and even ensured I was paired with my favorite clinical assistant. But her thoughtfulness didn't end there - she also took the initiative to look up my local CVS for me. It's this level of dedication and personal touch that truly makes a difference. Thank you!
