I had the best experience here. As a new customer, both Erin and Kendra (I hope I spelled their names correctly) were exceptional in helping me in picking out my new pair of glasses. There were both so friendly and professional; just really wonderful people.

Update: the manager called and rectified the situation. I was pleased with that. I’ve been a patient with My Eye doctor for 9 years at a different location. Thank you for resolving the issue much appreciated.
Poor communication, lack of customer service and professionalism. I will not return, nor will my family members that I referred. Three weeks and I still do not have my glasses. No one from this office has called me with any delayed information. I’ve had to call them 4 times to ask about the status of my glasses. I was told about an hour ago that someone would call me back, the close soon, no one has called as is their MO!! At this point, refund me my money...read full review
