I had the best experience here. As a new customer, both Erin and Kendra (I hope I spelled their names correctly) were exceptional in helping me in picking out my new pair of glasses. There were both so friendly and professional; just really wonderful people.

I am so happy that I decided to come here to have my vision checked by Dr. George, as she was so nice and an amazing person.

Update: the manager called and rectified the situation. I was pleased with that. I’ve been a patient with My Eye doctor for 9 years at a different location. Thank you for resolving the issue much appreciated.

Poor communication, lack of customer service and professionalism. I will not return, nor will my family members that I referred. Three weeks and I still do not have my glasses. No one from this office has called me with any delayed information. I’ve had to call them 4 times to ask about the status of my glasses. I was told about an hour ago that someone would call me back, the close soon, no one has called as is their MO!! At this point, refund me my money...read full review

I went to this location after a horrible experience at the Shelby Twp location just over a year prior, When I walked in I noticed the difference immediately, Erin greeted me with a smile and seemed happy to help with fixing the glasses I previously bought from Shelby Twp My Eye Dr, Erin was so helpful and scheduled an appointment for me to have my eyes checked with Dr George,
Dr George was also very helpful made the process quick and easy! When it came time to pick glasses, Erin helped me choose new glasses by pointing out some options and advice, her customer service was on point!
