“Dr. Lim is great. The tech the last time I was there changed my one eye to a lower power. When picking up my glasses I couldn't wear them because the power was wrong. So back the next day to see Dr Jack to get the prescription right. Now I have to wait and go back again when the new glasses are in. Even tho the tech I had was very nice, they need a little more of a trained person to check your eyes.“

“Wonderful & caring staff all around! I can’t even express how everyone, from reception to Opthalmologist, is so genuinely pleasant to everyone the second they pick up the phone or walk in the lobby. Exceptional & personal communication around scheduling, appointments, and notes - no web portal needed. I personally can vouch for the fact that they are wonderful for yearly exams - and the techniques they use (a mix of machine & manual exams) allow for the most thorough exam in the same timeframe. During my normal yearly exam, they were THE team that caught signs of a condition that did end up requiring further testing & treatment. Even after that exam, the ophthalmology team has hands down been the most diligent of all my care team, especially when it comes to monitoring & communicating updates, both to me AND the rest of my care team! I came here after switching insurance, and without sounding too dramatic, it was genuinely a life-changing experience, that the team here ensured continues to be dealt with in a non-stressful, non-painful (and actually enjoyable!) manner while there. :) HIGHLY recommend!“
