The ladies are very extremely helpful and friendly, helping clients find great looking glasses that fit their face. Glasses always arrive quickly and are exactly right. The staff works with insurance and is very patient, taking their time to help clients try on new frames they may love.
Been here a few times now. Honestly such a friendly staff that tries there best. Also, the new optometrist they got in with the Braces. So pretty. Definitely coming back for that alone. XD
Overall everything was sorta alright, but it's just that for what I paid for the glasses. I think that SVS could have thrown in cloth wipes and maybe like some clip on sun shade's. I mean even with insurance I still had out of pocket expenses!!!
Had a appointment here today (1/19/26) and the staff and especially the lady that greeted me had a smile and a very great personality. The Optometrist was kind and forth coming and got on me after telling him my A1C was high after he found some things going on with my eyes he was very concerned and even lectured me gave me some alternatives that which I didn't want to hear and because I neglected my eyes I needed to hear what he had to say, and with a little more of a concern he told what to do and gave me a year to turn it around for the better of my eye health.
