The exam by the Dr/optometrist was flawless, the fit of my glasses by the technician was excellent and the outstanding service provided by Emily the manager was above and beyond and frankly the best I have ever had when getting new glasses. “Had a appointment here today (1/19/26) and the staff and especially the lady that greeted me had a smile and a very great personality. The Optometrist was kind and forth coming and got on me after telling him my A1C was high after he found some things going on with my eyes he was very concerned and even lectured me gave me some alternatives that which I didn't want to hear and because I neglected my eyes I needed to hear what he had to say, and with a little more of a concern he told what to do and gave me a year to turn it around for the better of my eye health. Overall staff was great everyone had smiles on their face and they took care of me. Got me some glasses(finally) with the help of the Assistant..can't wait to finally be able to see again. “Clean place, Dr. Kim Le is the one who checked our 5-year-old son. Dr. Le was beyond amazing; she has too much knowledge, a good caring heart, and a great way of communicating with kids. I appreciate every minute Dr. Le spent while checking on my son's eyes. The negative part about our visit was when the doctor's assistant came to apply drops in my son's eyes and that is why I am stressing myself all day after this visit. The assistant seemed like a nice person but her communication with us including my son the minute she entered the room was very poor. She did not even smile with the kid, honestly, she dealt with him as an adult. she flipped the chair 90 degrees, she said she will lay him down, but it was too late for me to suggest another way to position my son, his position is terrible because he has a serious back issue and that killed me inside. She should have comforted my son when he panicked after the chair was tilted, instead, she ordered my wife to grab his hand. I was hurt, sad, and upset because I was worried about his back. Sad experience but after all I thank my LORD and Dr. Le for everything.“
