I just wanted to say that customer service at SVS is probably the best I have ever encountered! Snapped the arm off of my glasses and walked in to get it fixed. Figured they would need to send it out. But ten minutes later had my lenses put in a new pair of glasses and was out the door! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and efficient. I have always had great service there. It started to get a little busy and no one had to wait. They always seem to go the extra mile. This was 26 mile road Lenox township. 🥳💯

Worked with Amanda, and I gotta say… all the reviews are spot on! She is a Boon In Training. Top notch! Highly recommend this location, especially with all the boon level action going on.

Melissa was wonderfully patient, personable and professional in he approach with me. She walked me through all of the many options available to me. Even repeated several things when I had difficulty grasping remembering all that was thrown at me. Melissa is a great boon to SVS. The optometrist was professional and kind, even entertained an unusual question about evolution vs faith in regard to eye complexity 😆. I will return to this location because of these 2 ladies.
