Alyssa is amazing, whenever I get a new pair of glasses she makes sure I’m not going to look dorky in them! She supports her role in customer service superbly. I also notice how other customers also enjoy her services.

I had my very first eye exam at Family Eye Care Associates, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain every part of the exam and testing process, which really helped put me at ease.

What impressed me most was how smooth and organized everything was. From the eye exam itself to the testing and finally selecting my frames, every step was easy and enjoyable. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right pair of glasses.

This was my first time at Family Eye. My kids have been coming here a few years. I switched over from another place because they were terrible! Dr Shick was AMAZING! Very thorough and spent a lot of time with me. I’ve honestly never had an eye exam so thorough! I have a lot of eye issues and he took his time to give me the best care. Very grateful! Also, the technician who did all the testing prior was awesome too! Very funny and personable. In fact! The whole staff rocks! Nice people! 10/10 recommend!
