Left a chain store optometrist due to their awful prescription knowledge and came to Total Vision. What a difference! Dr. Arlene Barton was so incredibly professional with a personal personality. I can see so well now. Haven’t had to use my readers at all. I’m so incredibly happy I found a new optometrist.

Prompt on making and keeping appointment. I found the Optometrist, Arlene Barton OD, to be very honest and thoroughly explain my vision status and offered several suggestions on how to improve my vision health. The exam was fast as I was not shuttled from room to room, waiting for the next test, but instead most all test were performed at the same station. The Optometrist actually oversaw all the tests, not several technicians as was the case in other vision centers. The technician for ordering frames, Rob, was very accommodating, working with me on my specific needs and delivery requirements. Everything about my experience so far has been wonderful. When I called to schedule an appt, Kim got me an appointment that was within days and at a time that worked for me. When I arrived, Kim gave me such a warm welcome. Rob was a great help in trying to find the right pair of glasses and explaining the timeline of when my new glasses and contacts would arrive. Dr. Annette was so kind and patient. I definitely felt at home. She explained and talked me through everything she was doing. I will definitely be making this my permanent eye place.
