I seem to have bad luck with loosing contacts at the exact wrong time. Total Vision always comes through when I need them. Hands down the best customer service, anytime I've been in a pickle they have been able to help me. Would give 100 stars if I could, they rock!!

They the staff work together to help me generously, I told them honestly that I was probably going to take my prescription and get some frame's for a good price that I liked on line but with their help I found a pair of frames just as nice and my insurance covered everything up until $20 dollars which would of been the price of my online frames anyways ❣Was very pleased with the service there ❣

I went today to pick up my glasses, I was honestly surprised when I got a text. Is being only a week since my visit and Rob took care of me like VIP and I am beyond grateful of the care I received and extremely Happy with my new prescription, frame and look 🤩 Highly recommended ♥♥♥
