Melanie was AMAZING 👏 I was definitely not an easy customer as I had quite a few questions and concerns as well as changing my mind after purchasing one pair of glasses for another because I am crazy like that but she was helpful calm and honest with me every step of the way! This is one worker that will be part of many reasons that I will definitely use SVS in the future! She gave me no issues and made me feel less guilty about my wants because we are all human but she definitely deserves to be fully acknowledged for her outstanding work and help! And not once did she ever treat me poorly for the help I needed as other workers at other vision centers have.

I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam. The first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Maryann? Very rude. Upon answering I told her I “possibly” wanted to make an appointment, really just used that word because it’s so hard to get into places anymore, and she sounded confused then asked what I wanted? So I explained I was due for an eye exam and she was like “Okay? So do you wanna make an appointment or not because you said possibly?” Not sure why I was given an attitude because obviously I want to make an appointment for an eye exam I wouldn’t have called if not.. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They had an excellent selection of frames and I had no trouble finding several great styles! I 100% recommend the Saint Clair Shores SVS on Harper Ave.
