“My son and I have been coming here for about a year and we both love it here! The place is spotless, and the staff is always very friendly and nice. We’ve only ever got our hair cut by Jessika and both my son and I love her. She’s funny and great at her job! She also always remembers what sports my son plays and asks how his season is going!!

I brought my 15-year-old son, who is on the spectrum, in for a haircut, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Not only did she make him feel completely comfortable, but she also brought him out of his shell in a way that was amazing to watch.

She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, really listen, and learn what he liked. By the end, he walked out with a haircut he absolutely loved one he didn’t even know he wanted until she helped him discover it. We also learned so much about his hair and how to style it.

“This place is so so confusing. I’m from out of town here visiting here for the holidays and I drove here five times because Apple Maps told me to go here because it was a barbershop location and then I went to Google maps and it kept taking me back here and it was abandoned building in the middle of the dark and I was so frustrated so then I ended up taking Apple Maps to a completely different location which was 15 minutes away and then when I got there they said oh this is not location he had appointment at and were full so then I had to leave that one which was in Kentwood I believe, and went to the one that was in Grand Rapids and then had to pay $40 or whatever plus tip which I was OK with that because the lady took care of me but they really really needed to take this location down and market as an office not as an actual shop because it’s very frustrating“
