My new home needed some serious TLC thanks to the previous owner's animals, and both Tom and Sam came out and made a bunch of excellent recommendations that turned an allergy and odor filled nightmare into a clean and pleasant space to live in. They were even willing to space apart the tear out of the old carpet and the installation of the new carpet to allow me time to complete their recommended step of putting down some Killz to better improve the situation.
