I just recently moved to the area and decided to try 28th Nails Spa, I cannot recommend the place enough! Kelly is amazing, and the entire atmosphere is so welcoming. Smells amazing in the salon, and the remodel has truly vamped up the place! 100% recommend, you will not be disappointed in them!Services: Foot massages

Kelly is the best!!! I will never go anywhere else. She keeps it fun while doing my nails. Her work is amazing. I am so picky about my nails and kelly always makes sure my nails are perfect!
