I took a second hand 9 x 13 hand-knotted wool rug to the Grand Rapids Hagopian store that was extremely dirty, pet stained and red (? wine )stained. I was told there was no guarantee that all the stains could be removed. I decided to see what could be done and I was AMAZED at the outcome. The rug was transported to the Detroit area plant to be cleaned. I payed for cleaning, sanitizing and chemical stain treatment. It was well worth the cost which I felt was reasonable, especially in light of the fabulous outcome! Communication with all the employees I dealt with (Colin at the Grand Rapids store & Brandon Stain removal Manager at the Detroit area plant ) was excellent....read full review

First time using them, chose based on reviews, and very pleased. They got heavy stains out of the hand-knotted wool persian rug I got from an antique sale and they repaired the deteriorated fringe and it looks great! Pricing was fair, very responsive, and I plan to bring two other rugs to them now for cleaning because I'm so pleased

I brought in two braided rugs which I needed cleaned , one needed repair. Excellent job done on both rugs, I will return again when I need rugs cleaned or repaired. Excellent service
