The plexiglass layer above the warm lights while you lay on top of the pink hamillion salt sounds uncomfortable, but it's extremely restful, warm, and relaxing. The salt allows the body to rest and start to naturally heal. Breathing in the microscopic salt particles provides many health and wellness benefits. The price of $40.00 I found is very reasonable for the hour worth of rest and recovery. Highly recommend.“
