“I have been to many salons in Grand Rapids from downtown to East Town to Cascade and Ada. High price salons, I have always had a LOT of hair. I always ask for the stylist with them most experience, which in turn normally means you pay significantly more. I have watched girls struggle merely blow drying my hair. I only request one thing when getting my hair colored I DO NOT WANT TO SEE A LINE.This was my first time at Doll House and no high expectations I have never been satisfied with any stylist because I always leave with a line. ALWAYS... Olivia was my stylist, she asked what I wanted, I told her just touch up the blond and cover the gray on the side. You can pick the color I don't even care, she said ok I'LL MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE A LINE TO... First time for me not having to ask, I wasn't even going to say anything because I always leave with a line. Even when she said it..I thought to myself yeah right we will see. SHE DID IT!!!!! I am obsessed, impressed, just amazed. Believe me I have looked a million times out side lighting, inside lighting, bathroom, hall everywhere. When my other half seen it he said I don't see a line before I even said anything. SHE DID IT.. To top it off she is young.. Her personality is enjoyable, she does not take all day good on timing. She is 10 stars.The salon itself I was there about 3 hours I analyzed the whole place from the corners under shelves to the heating system and the products for sale LOL its just how I am. Vary clean, great decor and the staff in the front sooo sweet. Even better the prices are beyond great..“

Students and teachers work well together and I love that I leave with a professional haircut for so cheap!You'll have to be prepared to spend some good quality time in the chair.
